PAYMENTS
- Payment through Kofi or PayPal Invoice- Payment due in full up front. If the order goes above $70, clients can pay in a 50/50 payment plan (50% at the start/after sketch, 50% before final files are delivered)- Price of your commission will vary depending on complexity. The starting price will be listed in my commission info- My illustration work is for personal use only at this time

MAJOR REVISIONS / REFUNDS / CANCELATIONS
- Refunds will be discussed if I cannot finish your commission (work injury or broken equipment)- Major design changes that completely alter the original commission prompt will be charged as a new order for full price- If canceling your commission, please contact me immediately before payment

PRIVACY
- DO NOT disclose any person information found in the commission process.
Legal action will be taken- The client has the right to confidentiality regarding their commission, such as when sharing an example or portfolio piece

GENERAL
- Depending on the order, your art can take 1-5 weeks or 1-3 months to complete. If you have a strict deadline, be up front about it!- Commissions are accepted through VGen, or you can DM me on Bluesky/Discord- Returning clients who've commissioned me regularly will get a small discount on further orders- Please provide Pictured References! If the client doesn't have a non-shaded reference, please provide a hex code sheet- I have the right to refuse your commission- I have the right to stream your commission unless requested otherwise- I have the right to draw personal work alongside working on your commission

- I have the copyright over all artwork and designs that I create- Let me know if you don't want your commission publicly posted- Do not claim my work as your own- Do not reproduce or redistribute (resell) my work without my permission- Do not mint/resell my artwork for NFTs.
